QUILTING TALK

You are invited to a short explanation of quilting followed by examples of quilts belonging to Pine Needle Quilters members. This is the topic for the Mountain Historical Society Meeting on Tuesday, July 17, 7 pm, at Tabor Lutheran Church in Mountain. Quilts made in the early part of the last century will be shown up to present day quilts with modern techniques. Velma’s quilts and quilt blocks made from age 30 to age 96 will be presented by her daughters Joan and Sheila on this date which would have been her 97^th birthday. Rhoda will be the moderator.
